Intellectual Property Claim

It is our policy to respond to proper notices of alleged intellectual property infringement. When we receive a compliant notice, we may block access to, remove, or disable content that we believe in good faith may infringe the rights of a third party.

This policy applies to content available on or through the Irish Vibes Clothing website, including product images, artwork, graphics, text, photographs, designs, product descriptions, and other materials.

If you believe that content on our website constitutes copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or another violation of your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to our team by email.

Your notice should include the following information so we can review and verify your claim:

• Signature: Include an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Upon receipt of a proper and complete notice of alleged infringement, Irish Vibes Clothing reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
2. Review the product page, listing, image, artwork, description, or other content identified in the notice.
3. Contact the content provider, supplier, designer, production partner, or other relevant party associated with the disputed content.
4. Request additional documentation or clarification from the complaining party when necessary.
5. Terminate or restrict access for repeat infringers where appropriate.

We may not be able to process notices that are incomplete, unclear, unsupported, or missing required information.

If content is removed or disabled and we believe that the removed content is not infringing, or that we have the legal right to use the content, we may send a counter-notice to the original complaining party where appropriate.

A counter-notice may include:

• Identification of the removed or disabled material and its former location.
• A statement of good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
• Contact information for the responding party.
• A physical or electronic signature from the responding party or authorized representative.
• Any additional statements or information required by applicable law.

If a proper counter-notice is issued, Irish Vibes Clothing may restore or replace the content within 10 to 14 business days unless the rights owner files a legal action or provides sufficient notice that the dispute is being pursued through proper legal channels.

Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting a notice. Any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability under applicable law.
