No-return resolution for select cases: To save time and shipping costs, we may resolve certain eligible issues without requiring a physical return after you provide clear photos and order details through our Return Form.

Returns We Cannot Accept

  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day window.
  • Change-of-mind or discretionary returns.
  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design by the customer.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling, use, washing, or care.
  • Orders delivered within the stated delivery time frame.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale, discounted, clearance, or final-sale items.

How to Start a Return Request

  1. Submit your request through our Return Form or email us at support@irishvibesclothing.com.
  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide step-by-step instructions if your return is approved.
  4. Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Unless the issue is our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
  • Credit card: Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm the replacement item.
